If you have any special requirements such as handicap lift, car seat(s), etc., please indicate that on the form. If you are traveling by train, please include the train number, origin city, and the number of travelers.
Santo will call you the day or night before your arrival to introduce himself, confirm the request, and ask if anything has changed. Contacting you by text is also available at your request.
Do not be concerned if your flight or train is delayed; the driver will track your trip and know the current status. However, if your flight is canceled and you are placed on another flight, please contact Santo at (407) 810-5221 to inform him of your new schedule.
Please contact us one week prior to your trip; however, because we are flexible, we can accommodate your needs with shorter notice.
